AgentLink stays on the job after the enrollment period, relieving the agent of ongoing administrative tasks, while ensuring the client's continuing satisfaction. We are responsible for returning all data to the client, including updated employee, dependent and beneficiary information; "employees not seen reports," and a list of elections, costs and tax status for each employee, that is broken down by department and location. AgentLink takes care of any pending applications, in addition to all new hire and renewal enrollments using the selected enrollment option, and utilizing the same educational communications that other employees receive.
